COVID-19 RESPONSE

Majelac Technologies wants to reassure our customers that, as an essential supplier, we are still open for business. We’re fully prepared to meet the needs of our customers while obeying proper CDC guidelines. A great number of our orders require proper inspections and clarifications before preceding. We ask our customers to assist us in expediting the process of their order. To that end, please: 

1. Check to make sure all necessary components are included in the shipment

2. Double-check that all necessary instructions and drawings are included

3. Take necessary precautions in packing to ensure all components arrive safely

4. When packing, please wear gloves and a mask to lessen the spread of the COVID-19 virus

The above guidelines will assist both Majelac and our customers. Our mutual efforts will facilitate the fluidity of the order process with the end goal of shipping your order to you satisfactorily.

In addition, we are carefully watching the spread of the coronavirus, prioritizing the safety of both our workers and customers. With that said, we require all visiting customers to wear a mask. We are also happy to accommodate a meeting or conference via Teams, Skype, etc.
